Ms. Victoria Cortés is an associate professor in the Environment and Development Department at Zamorano Agricultural University and the Director of the Zamorano´s Center of Renewable Energy and the Improved Stoves Certification Center (Zamorano’s RTKC). She holds a Msc. In Environmental Engineering from the Technological Institute of Monterrey and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science, and has worked on research projects that focus on biogas production and evaluating agricultural wastes with the Polytechnic University of Madrid at Spain.
