Tapsir N’Jai

Tapsir N’Jai is the Managing Director of Westwind Energy (SL) Limited, the parent company of Wonder Stoves Enterprise. He has spent the past 3 years rebranding, repositioning and innovating Wonder Stoves and other Wonder products. He is a Sierra Leonean with a background in accounting and finance with experience gained from working in the UK and Sierra Leone.

Upon his return to Sierra Leone in 2012 he took over Wonder Stove Enterprise a family run business and formed Westwind Energy (SL) Ltd to incorporate Wonder Stoves and other Wonder Products. Westwind Energy is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of energy efficient biomass cook stoves, ovens, institutional stoves as well as carbonised briquettes in Sierra Leone.

Tapsir uses his several years of expertise on advanced research, analysis, strategic planning and negotiation skills to successfully develop business initiatives and to drive continuous change.

He also has a wealth of experience with ceramic cook stoves having been involved in the family business since inception in 1990.
