Mr. Sena Oluoka was one of the founders of Jeunes Volontaires pour l’Environnement, a youth organization based in Togo. It has grown its presence to 20 African countries. Mr. Oluoka is an experienced motivational speaker and used host of his own environmental TV show. Mr. Oluoka has worked for many years on access to modern energy and renewable energy issues.
