Ms. Julia Rosenbaum is an internationally recognized health behavior change specialist, dedicated to bringing the science and practice beyond behavior change communications to incorporate the role of products, services, and systems in catalyzing and sustaining health-related behavior change. Currently, Ms. Rosenbaum serves as Deputy Director and Senior Behavior Change Specialist for the USAID-funded WASHplus Project managed by FHI360, bringing lessons and approaches from a range of health, consumer marketing, and other social arenas to the challenges of clean cooking.
