Edema Luke Wilson is the Program Manager in Lankien-Oxfam South Sudan Mission. Luke Wilson is professionally trained Agriculture officer and holdsa post graduate diploma in project planning and management. With over 7 years experience working with Humanitarian organisations in different capacity and programmes, including cash and voucher programs, in kind livelihood support, WASH, and gender and protection main streaming, he managed charcoal voucher and fuel efficient stoves programme for IDPs in South Sudan after the crisis which paralysed the country till today.
