In addition to five years of working experience in development sector, Shahed has an undergraduate degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Dhaka University. Shahed works for IDCOL’s Improved Cookstove Program which aims to reduce the use of cooking fuel as well as ensure reduction of Indoor Air Pollution (IAP) especially for women and children through promoting supply of higher efficiency cook-stoves.
