This panel will demonstrate the numerous opportunities that exist to integrate clean cookstoves and fuels into related sectors to deliver mutual benefits in the areas of health, gender, livelihoods, and the environment. Over the past five years, the Alliance has demonstrated the range of positive impacts that can result from the use of clean or efficient cookstoves and fuels through pilot projects and academic research studies. This growing base of evidence and market infrastructure has created opportunities for related organizations to integrate these technologies and fuels into their normal operations to further their own objectives. Speakers will discuss how clean and efficient cooking aligns with their agenda and the steps they are taking to mainstream this intervention into everyday operations to deliver greater impact.
