Verena Brinkmann, works as senior energy advisor in the Energy Access Programme “Energising Development” at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Her main fields of sectoral experience are cooking energy related topics, resource management and environmental protection. She has working experience in Southern Anglophone Africa and South America. Her background is environmental scientist (Dipl.) and she works with GIZ in different programmes since about 10 years.
