Mr. Dag Arne Hoystad is a civil society activist and energy efficiency professional specializing in energy access and low cost measures. Mr. Hoystad has been a project manager at Naturvernforbundet since 1990, and has extensive experience in Central Asia and Africa. He is the author of the school program SPARE.org which currently supports 5,000 participating schools with energy and climate education.
