In collaboration with the Alliance, China is taking an important step towards achieving 40 million clean adoption by 2020 and seven pilot projects have been launched this year to test new technology and policy interventions. The session will feature a Chinese government representative who will present and discuss the initial results of this work, as well as speakers from China’s biggest cookstoves exporters to share their experiences in business collaboration with Africa. The session is intended for those working with Chinese partners, or anyone interested in learning more about the Chinese Government’s programs.
